"Our culinary goal with Birch River Grill is to offer tasty American dishes that people are familiar with, in hefty portions, making sure that the food is prepared with assurance and creativity." 

 

Upon entering, guests are greeted by a glowing stone fireplace one might find in a hunting or fishing lodge. The buzzing, handsome bar area radiates energy throughout the entire dining area. The main dining room is set on a raised platform with high back banquettes for a relaxing dining experience. The entire space has a natural, yet sophisticated feel, with rustic and warm woods, leathers, and robust textured fabrics that sets the mood for a comforting meal of hearty American-style cuisine.
